Laudate Dominum

Organ and choir take turns in appearing: Three passages on the majestic organ in a vigorous D minor are answered by the choir with a meditative part each. A final interlude on the organ is followed by a brilliantly vibrant and solemn hallelujah in D major. In the exuberant finale, both choir and organ eventually build to a triple forte.
