Quintet in Eb major op. 24

The present quintet in E Flat-Major op. 24 for oboe, clarinet, horn, bassoon and piano, was composed in 1901 and first published the following year in Leipzig. What began with Mozarts quintet KV 452 is being continued here in a late-romantic style by a Rhenish musician.
