Easy Renaissance Music

In this selection, Miklós Mosóczi has gathered together mainly 16th century instrumental and vocal dances in a two-part arrangement so that even beginners on the guitar may become acquainted with the rich and attractive literature of that period. In addition to the works written originally for the lute, this selection includes pieces for the virginal and two choral songs. Among the composers whose works appear in this volume are John Bull, Daniel Friderici, Hans Leo Hassler, Valentin Haussmann, Melchior Neusidler and Tylman Susato.
